Syracuse company that captures microbes in action wins $50,000 in business competition

Syracuse, N.Y. — A Syracuse company that has created a device that automates the imaging of microorganisms for researchers won $50,000 in a commercialization competition this week at the Oncenter.
Triton Bio, a startup in the CNY Biotech Accelerator, was one of 12 companies to compete in the competition, an annual event held by FuzeHub, a not-for-profit organization that supports small and medium-sized manufacturing companies in New York.
